Refractory Installation & Repair
Turnkey refractory services for industrial furnaces, kilns, and high-temperature process equipment — engineered linings, certified crews, and full project management.
Engineered Linings. Installed Right.
Elite Industrial installs and repairs refractory linings for the most demanding high-temperature environments in heavy industry. Our crews are certified, our materials are engineered to spec, and every project is managed turnkey — from design through curing and handover.
Whether you're relining a rotary kiln, repairing a furnace wall, or installing precast shapes in a new unit, we bring the same level of precision and accountability to every scope. We work during planned outages and emergency shutdowns, across any plant type, anywhere in the US.
One Crew. Start to Finish.
Most refractory failures happen at the handoff — between the material supplier, the installer, and the project manager. At Elite Industrial, there is no handoff. Our engineers select the materials, our crews install them, and our project managers are on site from day one.
We hold certifications for all major refractory installation methods including dry gunning, wet gunning, casting, and brick laying. Every lining is installed to the engineered specification and documented with inspection records before the unit goes back into service.
Hot. Precise. Accountable. That is what makes us Elite.
Three Refractory Capabilities.
One Crew.
Every installation is self-performed by our certified refractory crews — no labour-only contractors, no material-only vendors.
From Survey to Startup
A documented installation process that keeps your unit back online on schedule.
We inspect the existing lining, review operating conditions, and select the correct refractory system. Engineering drawings and material specs are confirmed before any demolition begins.
Existing refractory is removed safely and the substrate is prepared to the correct profile. Anchor inspection and replacement is completed at this stage.
New refractory is installed by our certified crews to the engineered specification. Thickness checks, density tests, and weld inspections are completed throughout.
A controlled dry-out and curing schedule is executed to specification. We provide full documentation, inspection records, and remain available for startup support.
Built for Heavy Industry
We bring the same level of expertise, safety standards, and craftsmanship to every facility we work in, regardless of the industry.
